Develop and implement marketing plans for products/services in order to meet established sales or market share targets including marketing budget planning
Manage and implement all marketing activities including market research, overseeing product development and design, setting prices, launching new products, advertising campaigns and monitoring sales performance
Support business planning at the executive level to develop an overall marketing strategy that is consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives
Define advertising objectives, recommend choice of media, and allocate internal and external resources so that advertising and promotion campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for their intended audience
Coordinate and monitor performance of external vendors and agencies (for example printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets)
Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions
Coordinate with other functional and operational Area Managers (particularly in sales, customer service, production, research and development) to ensure that marketing strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives
Coordinate with sales team in sales activities
Proactive and assertive to represent sales team to join with marketing whenever having new initiatives development.
Coordinate with external media agencies or third parties as required.

Work experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing experiences
Having Experience in International Company (MNC) OTC, Consumer product, FMCG industry would be an advantage.
Proficiency in online/content marketing and experience with online media tools and platform – Google ads, Facebook ads etc is preferable
Experiences in managing media agencies is preferable
Education
Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or a related discipline
Master's in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration will be an added advantage
