    Position Details

    What You Will Do


    • Think, build, and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with Nimble’s overall business goals and growth objectives.
    • Plan and execute campaigns across various online and offline marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, email, and traditional media.
    • Implement various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Strengthen the company's brand position by developing branding messages that effectively utilize various communication tools and channels.
    • Plan and host company events to drive brand recognition and interest and partner with relevant companies to position our company as a thought leader.
    • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, talent, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.


    Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Hunger, drive, ambition, and a tenacious focus on results.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, with an understanding of the software development industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO tools).
    • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
    • Strong understanding of branding and brand management.
    • Experience leading company marketing event initiatives.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and performance driven environment.
    • Currently based in Thailand or willing to relocate to Bangkok.
    • Business fluency in English language.
