Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Strengthen the company's brand position by developing branding messages that effectively utilize various communication tools and channels.
Plan and host company events to drive brand recognition and interest and partner with relevant companies to position our company as a thought leader.
Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, talent, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategies.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing, with an understanding of the software development industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO tools).
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
Strong understanding of branding and brand management.
Experience leading company marketing event initiatives.

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and performance driven environment.
Currently based in Thailand or willing to relocate to Bangkok.
