Strategize and develop new ideas with creativity to highly engage content and campaigns, and to grow Shopee social media audiences.
Keep up with the latest social media trends; news, memes and controversial topic, to bring the new initiatives, vision to our platforms
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Explore the new functions of the platforms and propose new engagement videos accordingly
Work alongside with stakeholders and our cross-functional teams to ensure that content follows Shopee's brand identity and objectives.
Can well organizational and planning skills, be able to manage budget ads allocation and ads allocation to achieve target KPI
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media
3+ years of work experience in managing social media platforms and content creation is preferred
Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms
Creativity is a must. Excellent written skills for creating engaging social media copy
Analytical thinker, capable of learning fast and quickly adapting to new tools and platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
Detailed-oriented and a creative problem solver
Keen sense of creative aesthetics and design
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
Humble and flexible person with "CAN DO" attitude
