Resposibilities
New Product Development & portfolio management
- Analyze and define market segmentation and target market.
- Develop new product concept by defining marketing opportunity, consumer needs, creator data
- Initiate the product development process with aims to lead and create innovative products that will be ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with partner including OEM and ensure successful product launch in each distribution channel especially Tiktok shop in first stage
- Regularly analyze sales performances, identify key drivers for growth/decline
Brand communication and budget management
- Develop brand communication, product launch go-to-market plan
- Define and communicate the unique selling propositions (USPs) of the brand
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand & product
- Collaborate with advertising agencies, design teams, and other stakeholders to create effective promotional materials
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- 3+ years experience in brand and product development, consumer insights understanding, trade marketing and marketing communications, preferably in FMCG environment
- Proven record of brand marketing, new product launch preferably in FMCG business
- Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Attentive to details, able to handle pressure
- Result-driven, innovative and passionate
- Good project management skill
- Good command of Thai and English
- Computer literate; MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
