Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
-Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with business objectives and drive growth.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Brand Management: Enhance and manage the FlowAccount brand, ensuring consistent messaging and a strong market presence.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling content for various marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
- Skills: Strong expertise in digital and traditional marketing tactics, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
