Develop and implement marketing strategies for the travel application business, including branding, positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, web, SEO, SEM, PR, events, and partnerships.
Monitor and measure the performance and impact of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools and KPIs, and optimize them based on data and insights.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and behavior, and to benchmark the business against industry best practices.
Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and customer feedback.
Manage the marketing budget and resources, and ensure compliance with the company's policies and standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the travel and marketing industry, and recommend new and innovative ways to grow the business.
Job Qualification
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel or technology industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, and achieving marketing goals and metrics.
Strong knowledge and skills in digital marketing, including social media, email, web, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools.
Creative and strategic thinker, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Team player, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across different functions and levels.
