Marketing Executive - Cement Tha Luang
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze, plan, and formulate marketing strategies and channel positioning to differentiate products from competitors, aiming to drive sales growth in the low-rise housing market segment, targeting both individual homeowners and project developers nationwide.
Gather customer needs and pain points to propose new solutions and develop marketing tools that enhance customer purchasing decisions.
Plan and conduct market surveys to assess the needs of target customer groups.
Collaborate with relevant departments to develop sales promotion plans and promotional campaigns.
Contribute to the strategic direction and concepts for advertising and public relations materials to ensure alignment with sales targets and brand positioning.
Prepare monthly reports related to sales performance and marketing activities.
Coordinate the preparation of medium-term and action plans.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (GPA > 2.70).
Good command of English (TOEIC score > 550).
1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (new graduates are welcome).
Strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of marketing and sales principles.
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly HubSpot CRM.
Proficient in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of email marketing tools.
Hands-on, specialist-oriented individual who enjoys practical and focused work.
Willingness to travel and stay overnight in upcountry or international locations when required.
Possess a valid driver’s license (owning a personal vehicle is not required).
