Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand equity and drive business growth.

• Product Marketing: Oversee the development and execution of product marketing strategies, from market research to launch, ensuring alignment with consumer needs.
• Digital marketing Leadership: Spearhead the company’s e-commerce efforts, focusing on digital marketing, customer experience, and online sales growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are fully integrated and impactful.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in marketing leadership, ideally at the Director level within the FMCG sector.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms.
