    Position Details

    Job Objective:

    Act as a trusted advisor to partner brands, driving GMV growth and customer acquisition on Lazada through full-funnel eCommerce strategies — from awareness to conversion and customer retention.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Awareness & Traffic Generation

    • External Traffic: Advise brands on optimizing media channels, targeting audiences, and allocating budgets to drive quality traffic to their Lazada stores.

    • Internal Traffic: Guide brands on using Lazada’s internal tools (search, discovery, KOL affiliate, display ads) to reach target audiences with cost efficiency.

    Consideration Phase

    • Create short-term and long-term brand campaigns, develop tactical activations, and align marketing calendars and commercial plans to boost brand awareness and engagement.

    Conversion & Revenue Growth

    • Build a Hero SKU Acceleration Plan to increase revenue and attract new buyers.

    • Recommend platform tools, mechanics, promotions, and campaign strategies that align with brand goals to optimize sales and profitability.

    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, campaigns, category ops) to support day-to-day operations and revenue growth.

    Customer Experience Management

    • Advise on post-purchase strategies like store membership, chat support, logistics optimization, and retention tactics to boost loyalty.

    Data Analytics & Strategy

    • Use data to monitor performance and continuously optimize marketing efforts, pricing, product assortment, and campaign execution.

    • Share market insights and lead monthly or quarterly business reviews (QBR) to coach brands on strategy and growth opportunities.

    Job Requirements:

    • Thai nationality (any gender)

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial/sales roles (brand management experience is highly preferred)

    • Background in electronics/mobile tablet industry is a plus

    • Fluent in both English and Thai

    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools

    • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

    • Experience working with leading brands is a plus
