HRIS Specialist
Duties and responsibilities
Support the global SAP SuccessFactors implementation as integral part of the project team, closely coordinate with IT, HR in Thailand and overseas, implementation partners and other relevant stakeholders to achieve project implementation goals and plan
• Gather and analyze business requirements, planning, analysis & supporting of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems in context of existing and potential future systems capabilities
• Identify, design, and implement process and technical improvements to improve the user’s experience
• Manage employee database, job change management, query tool management
• Design and create standard and custom reports to support user requirements such as a manpower report, turnover dashboard, demography dashboard, etc.
• Control system accessors, security permission in term of employee data and salary data, approval workflow and master data
• Provide HR application support and day-to-day issue resolution to key users in HR including trouble shooting, also across different departments
• Support with the development of training documentation and providing key user training as needed
• Communicate system changes, upgrades and general information to HR key users and end users
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• General Human Resource knowledge
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors, module certification is an advantage
• Strong functional knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support experience (Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting Marketing, Recruiting Management, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession and Development, and Onboarding)
• Demonstrated proficiency in system conversions, implementations, and integrations with in-house and 3rd party solutions
• Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
• Project management experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English
