Responsibilities
Design the Agro HR Strategy & lead the execution of core HR Processes for Agro Function including: -
- Performance Management Process (PMP)
- Lead and facilitate quality execution and education of all PMP processes: e.g. annual performance development review (PDR), career development discussion
- Work with management teams and People Managers to identify and implement action plans for development of key talent
- Organizational Culture
- Drive understanding, completion, analysis, and action planning of the Org Health Survey (OHS)
- Drive org culture initiatives/ projects that are an outcome of OHS action planning via coaching & formation of OHS Committee
- Talent Development & Training
- Partner with Agro HR Associate and T&D Manager- Lamphun and work with People Managers to support individual development plans (IDP)or training needs for teams or individuals and build an Yearly Training Calendar
- Develop succession plans for key talent by working closely with line managers and relevant functional leaders
- Work closely with HR team in the region and Line Managers providing feedback on their personal development and coaching needs, whilst leveraging of feedback tools like 360/MQPI to better support them increase their self-awareness and develop their leadership capabilities with their teams
- Talent Acquisition & onboarding
- Lead the recruitment process and partner with plant HR Managers, line managers, leaders in the interview process
- Build company branding, develop relationship with search agencies, provisions for contracts
- Compensation & Benefits & Payroll
- Custodian of local TR policies, ensure communication to employees, work with BU TR team on local policy improvement and alignment of key regional policies
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of monthly payroll
- Review statutory wage forms and ensure timely submissions
Strong Employee Connect : -
- Establish the monthly employee connect program for all 120+ Agro employees to understand the pulse on the ground, resolve grievances as per defined TAT & ensure positive employee relations.
- Drive pro-active engagement, attrition reduction & safe way of working
- Partner with Corporate Affairs team and plant HRMs for driving OSAAT Programs with Agro Team
- Ensure 100% to local, national and international compliances within the Agro Team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources (HRM/HRD), Business Administration, Management or other related fields
- Minimum 8 years of progressive relevant work experience in HRM/HRD, preferably from FMCG industries or Multi-national Company work environments
- Previous leadership experience in middle management level is desirable
- HR professional and managerial competencies on change management, talent development, forward thinking and ability to perform with minimal work direction are required
- Good computer literacy (MS Office and HRIS is preferred), fluently English verbal & reading/written communications and facilitation skill
