Budget planning in matter related to expat welfare & general expenses.
Application/workflow management, e.g., employee information update, workflow management, user ID/IT request and etc.
Administration operation & management, e.g., business card, long weekend survey, etc.
Company asset management, e.g., mobile phone, etc.
Company recreation activity e.g., company trip, new year, etc.
Payment process & Expenses charging related to expat welfare & general expense.
Monitors outsource/vendor to proceed Visa, Work Permit activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
Have working experience in any related fields.
Good command in both speak & writing English (TOEIC Score at least 700)
Open-minded, flexible, and eager to learn new things.
Good at planning & management skill.
