    Position Details

    Job Description


    • Prepare the company's assets to newcomers and ensure returning for resigned staff.
    • Oversee office maintenance and coordinate with stakeholders in case there are any issues.
    • Manage office supplies stock such as stationery, business cards, welcome kit etc.
    • Manage inbound and outbound couriers and packages.
    • Create PR/PO and Coordinate with vendors, Finance and Procurement for ordering goods/services and payment process.
    • Handle queries and complaints via phone and customer walk-in by coordinating with CS team and office building.
    • Manage benefits support to employees including provident fund, social security fund, medical claim, insurance renewal, etc.
    • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in facilities or admin
    • Good command both speaking and written English
    • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
    • Professional personality with service-minded attitude
    • Well-organized and problem-solving skills
