HR Associate Experience

Job Description

• Organize Annual Engagement/Pulse survey, collect data and analyze results to identify area of concern.
• Prepare reports on employee engagement for upper management.
• Work collaboratively with the organization leadership team and/or external consultants to develop action plans to address any areas of improvement identified through associates’ feedback.
• Plan and execute company-wide activities aimed at improving Engagement, working experience and environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and make recommendations for improvements to leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Psychology, or related field.
• TOEIC score at least 650.
• 2-5 years working experience in Employee engagement or HRBP, HROD is preferable.
• Has good analytical, logical, and systematic thinking.
• Able to interact, coordinate and communicate any activities with associates at all levels in the organization.
• Willing to do a challenging job & eager to learn new things.
• Able to work independently as a part of team.
