Organize Annual Engagement/Pulse survey, collect data and analyze results to identify area of concern.
Prepare reports on employee engagement for upper management.
Work collaboratively with the organization leadership team and/or external consultants to develop action plans to address any areas of improvement identified through associates’ feedback.
Plan and execute company-wide activities aimed at improving Engagement, working experience and environment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and make recommendations for improvements to leadership team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Psychology, or related field.
TOEIC score at least 650.
2-5 years working experience in Employee engagement or HRBP, HROD is preferable.
Has good analytical, logical, and systematic thinking.
Able to interact, coordinate and communicate any activities with associates at all levels in the organization.
Willing to do a challenging job & eager to learn new things.
Able to work independently as a part of team.
