HR Audit Manager
Responsibilities:
HR Audit Professionals ensuring the effective utilization of the organization’s human resources.
They review the compliance in relation to the administration of the organization as well as provide a sense of confidence in management and the human resources function.
They maintain the organization and the department’s reputation in the community and establish a baseline for future improvement for the function.
Own the design, build and execution of industry leading first line of defense / second line of defense employment compliance and risk management framework.
Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.
Develop and own communication plans to communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively and proactively to stakeholders.
Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables.
Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure HR Compliance is not compromised.
Exercise excellent people skills, be a team player with a bias to action.
Be motivated by the opportunity to solve complex HR risk problems within an operations environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Accounting, Risk Management or related fields.
5+ years of designing and implementing regulatory risk management and compliance programs in a fast paced environment. Experience in Audit firm is a plus
Have working knowledge of labor practice, Social audit, SEDEX and SMETA
Have working knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, and willingness to quickly learn the content and requirements of various employment laws, regulations, industry guidance, and company compliance policies
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
