    HR Audit Manager

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    • HR Audit Professionals ensuring the effective utilization of the organization’s human resources.

    • They review the compliance in relation to the administration of the organization as well as provide a sense of confidence in management and the human resources function.

    • They maintain the organization and the department’s reputation in the community and establish a baseline for future improvement for the function.

    • Own the design, build and execution of industry leading first line of defense / second line of defense employment compliance and risk management framework.

    • Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.

    • Develop and own communication plans to communicate program status, issues, and risks effectively and proactively to stakeholders.

    • Define and track key metrics and key quality and performance indicators and drive cross functional execution of program deliverables.

    • Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.

    • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and ensure HR Compliance is not compromised.

    • Exercise excellent people skills, be a team player with a bias to action.

    • Be motivated by the opportunity to solve complex HR risk problems within an operations environment.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Accounting, Risk Management or related fields.

    • 5+ years of designing and implementing regulatory risk management and compliance programs in a fast paced environment. Experience in Audit firm is a plus

    • Have working knowledge of labor practice, Social audit, SEDEX and SMETA

    • Have working knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, and willingness to quickly learn the content and requirements of various employment laws, regulations, industry guidance, and company compliance policies

    • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
