Arrange food and beverages, such as coffee and tea, and prepare meeting rooms for partner lunches, lawyer meeting, parties, and client meetings including purchasing meals and preparing refreshments as instructed.
Serve beverages and refreshments at lawyer and client meetings.
Greet clients when they arrive for meetings.
Keep meeting rooms and visiting areas clean and orderly.
Facilitate all meeting requirements, such as setting up meeting rooms and providing IT assistance as requested.
Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management or any related field.
Excellence in Thai and good communication skills in English.
Ability to work as part of a team, work flexible hours or over the weekend, be service-minded, have good communication skills, good problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal skills.
Experience in food & beverages or banquet functions in hotels is an advantage.
