Position Details

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to communicate and service customers through various channels ie.inbound , outbound & non voice
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries and complaints with appropriate manner
  • Well collaborate with colleagues and other departments with good attitude (NocNoc core values)
  • Be able to take responsibility for special assignment and also give consultation and coaching to others as assigned by supervisor or manager
  • Be able to provide customer consultations to ensure that they have enough knowledge to choose the suitable products and services for their homes
  • Taking care of the customer and ensuring that they have a good experience throughout the journey to their dream home
  • Good communication in English


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors (BA or BS) in engineering, business, service design or related field
  • 1 year previous experience in a related field
