1. Lead eCommerce Strategy Execution:
- Lead cross-functional integration and execute eCommerce 'Go-To-Market' plans.
- Collaborate with local IT and the IMG eCommerce team to support necessary system integrations for eCommerce execution in Thailand.
2. Performance Marketing and Campaign Management:
- Partner with marketing communications to plan and execute local media campaigns aimed at driving traffic, prospects and achieving business outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations to optimize campaigns towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Sales and Customer Journey Optimization:
- Coordinate with the Sales team, clients, and finance partners to enhance closing and conversion rates.
- Analyze full-funnel customer journeys, from media performance to prospect attendance, closing ratios, conversion, and approval rates, to identify areas for improvement and ensure a seamless customer experience.
4. Market Adoption and Dealer Engagement:
- Identify specific support and customizations needed to enhance market adoption of eCommerce.
- Support the Market Representation (or Dealer Development) and Sales team in engaging dealers for eCommerce.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement online-to-offline strategies that align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or related
- At least 8-10 years of experience in eCommerce and performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns and eCommerce platforms.
- Marketing experience in the automotive or consumer industries, or a background in Field Sales with an OEM (or dealership) / Market Representation is an advantage.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and eCommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data to make informed decisions.
- Experience in executing complex projects or product launches, particularly those requiring multi-functional integration.
- Proven experience in managing suppliers, agencies, or IT development teams.
