Customer Service - Cross Border Section

1. Issue breakdown expense, Pre-purchase, Pre-advance, Pre-clearing, Process credit memos and send to Account Dept. release invoice for billing to
2. Cross-checking bills which apply from all suppliers and inspect all the invoices to identify any errors before submit to Account.
3. Identify and correct invoice errors, Receive job for operation team and daily reconciliation to ensure all customer's Receipts/Tax Invoice are accurate
4. Timely issue invoice to maintain customer's monthly cut off
5. Respond to client questions about billing, Updating daily pre-invoice records
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree of Accounting or relate field
2. Experience in freight forwarding business or relate fields will be advantage
3. Not over 30 years old
4. Good attitude and Service mind
5. Good command English skills for both written and spoken will be advantage
