    Customer Support Executive

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and answering product-related questions.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome.
    • Coordinate with the florist, chefs, and delivery teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
    • Provide product recommendations and guidance to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
    • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
    • Fluent in Thai and English.
    • A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
