Strategic Planning:

• Lead the development and execution of the corporate strategic plan.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and industry
• trends.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align business objectives with the overall corporate
• strategy.
• Prepare and execute the project plan for business improvement to achieve an increase in
• EBITDA

Mergers and Acquisitions:

• Oversee the end to end merger and acquisition process, from target identification to
• integration planning and execution.
• Conduct due diligence assessments to evaluate potential M&A targets.
• Develop integration strategies that maximize synergies and minimize disruptions.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build consensus and support for strategic
• initiatives.
• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• throughout the integration process.

Financial Analysis:

• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to assess the impact of strategic decisions.
• Develop financial models to support business cases and investment decisions.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives and M&A activities.
• Implement risk management processes to safeguard the company's interests during integration.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to communicate strategy and integration
• progress to executive leadership.
• Maintain detailed records of M&A activities and outcomes for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, or related fields.
• Strong in English and Thai languages
• Proven experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in driving strategic initiatives
