Your role:

- Ensure content is clear & engaging

- harmonizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for end-users

- supporting our teams to create needed SOPs.

Ideal candidate:

- Strong writing and editing skills

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Passion for clear communication

- Familiarity with Zendesk Guide is a plus

- Based in Thailand/Bangkok is a plus

- Open to all nationalities
