Responsible for strategy deliverables including Brand building, Personas, Campaign Strategy, Creative Briefing, Comms Planning, Consumer Journey, Digital Ecosystems, Content & Social Media Strategy, Influencer, etc.
Work closely and constantly collaborate with creative team to develop effective award-winning work
Proactive ideas and briefs exploring new opportunities for marketing innovation and implementing them on selected accounts.
Keeping teams updated on new concepts and strategies from the digital world from Singapore, SEA and globally
Leading strategy for / support business development pitches and proposals
Responsible for VML’s reputation and credibility in the client organization.
Responsible for total client satisfaction, and for ensuring that regular strategic reviews are conducted with client.
Provide regular updates on performance, insights and recommendations for improvement of current strategies and plans for future initiatives.
Leadership and learning – Culture of skill-sharing, training, learning, mentoring, guiding and evolving oneself holistically as a strategist
Pro-active and constantly create value to VML and client partners.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
At least 5 years of experience in modern marketing environment
Strong foundation of marketing, branding, communication
Experience with social media, marketing & analytics tools & resources like GWI, Social Listening and Search Trends, Euromonitor, WARC
Good understanding of paid, owned, earned digital ecosystems including social, search, mobile, forums, maps, apps, influencers, etc.
Demonstrated success with client relationships, team management and business development.
Worked across multiple sectors across global and local brands in both private and public sector, in Singapore and multi-market / regional
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Fortitude to stay calm under pressure.
