Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Develop and curate compelling and relevant content for different social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Write captivating captions, headlines, and descriptions that align with our brand voice and messaging.

Community Engagement

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels promptly and in a friendly, professional manner.
• Foster meaningful connections with followers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

Strategy Development

• Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to creating and implementing social media strategies.
• Research and analyze social media trends, competitive landscape, and audience behavior to recommend innovative ideas for campaigns and content.

Scheduling and Analytics

• Plan and schedule social media posts using social media management tools.
• Regularly analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content to different tones and styles.
• Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and implement new and engaging ideas.
• Analytical skills to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with current trends and innovations in the social media landscape.
