Responsible to drive adoption of ShopeeFood’s marketing features e.g. flash sales, super voucher pack, new payment channels, etc
End-to-end management of key marketing features from communication plan, operations workflow, execution and performance tracking
Develop business framework, features strategy and launch plan for new features to communicate key selling points and drive new features adoption
Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the plan
Regularly review and analyze key performance metrics
Be the ‘voice of customer’ to refine feature launches with product managers in order to improve user flow, user interface and functionalities
Report business progress with quantitative data regularly
Support other special projects as requested
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field
A minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in product marketing, project management, specifically in e-commerce and food delivery environments will be a plus
Strong structural thinking and analytical ability to identify business challenge and drive actionable plan with data support
Strong executional abilities (bias for action), project management and cross-functional stakeholder management
Possess can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English with creative mindset
