Develop and implement communication campaigns for both internal and external stakeholders to support the firm’s strategic priorities and people activities.
Manage all aspects of internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and the publishing of internal news on external social media channels
Create engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Produce creative assets such as short videos and graphics to support communication campaigns.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Demonstrate proactive flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Embrace continuous learning and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on both internal and external communication strategies.
Communicate effectively in both English and Thai, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
Familiarity with mobile video editing applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
Experience managing social media platforms for business purposes.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
