Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute company events including seminars, conferences, trade shows, internal staff events, client engagements, and online webinars.

• Coordinate logistics, venue selection, catering, and vendor management.

• Collaborate with internal departments to align event objectives with brand and business goals.

• Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective planning.

• Prepare event materials, agendas, guest lists, and on-site signage.

• Ensure a smooth execution on event day including setup, registration, troubleshooting, and breakdown.

• Track event KPIs, gather feedback, and generate post-event reports to measure success and areas for improvement.

• Maintain event calendars and ensure timely communication of event milestones and updates.

• Stay updated on event trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance attendee experience.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing communication, event planning, coordination, or a similar role.

• Strong project management and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.

• Proficiency in MS Office and event tools/platforms.

• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for event coverage if needed.
