Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field / MBA or a Master's degree in a related field preferable.
Experience in executive positions, a strong track record of Business Development role in planning, executing, and completing large-scale projects within budget and on schedule.
Business Development skill: ability to execute strategy to accomplish the Company’s strategic direction, particularly in the utility sector.
In-depth knowledge of the utility sector: carbon neutral, renewable energy technologies etc.
Adept at financial analysis, budgeting, budget control, risk management, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain financially viable.
Comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory: in the utility industry.
Critical thinking, decision-making: and finding innovative solutions to overcome obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Leadership and team management: Strong leadership with the capacity to motivate and manage team.
