About The Job
Understand Houses consumer primary needs and habits in own specific channels, coordinate and align (cocreate) direction and plan with cross functional Medical/Marketing and Sales organization to deliver Danone-Houses propositions for the shoppers and customers.
Understand Category Visions, Drivers and Danone Strategy so that derive opportunity to grow Danone-Houses align with Channel Strategy.
Develop channel assessment in term of trend, performance and opportunities and determine channel demand creation to achieve sales target and win Danone share.
Maintain a complete understanding of the dynamics and trends within the categories managed with implications and recommendations to Sales/ Marketing team and other functions >> Specific to accountable channel
Lead channel strategies, deliver channel plan, implement customize channel communication based insights and priorities between the Marketing Teams and the Customer Sales Teams.
Workings proactively identify business opportunity in order to develop channel growth strategy under determining channel and implement it excellence to achieve business growth goal
Ensure alignment among Channel strategies and Customers in all cores works in customer management i.e. Customer Plan, Demand Management and Category Development and Merchandising
Develop monthly category & channel plan and define priorities to support customer development teams.
Maximize and control category and channel budget plan to achieve target.
Develop annual budget planning indicating channel priority and focus with action plans to ensure that budget allocation is effective and well-spent.
Assist in developing and monitor the ongoing implementation and evaluation of organized channel activities, projects and promotions within budget and on time in order to maximize the return on investment and deliver a level of productivity that meets company plan / expectation.
About You
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
At least 3 years in Trade marketing field.
Business Analytical Skill, Vision Development skill, Strategic think skill, Leadership skill, People management skill, Customer and Category Management Development (CCMD), Project Management and Business Planning, Initiative and follow thru, Sale Management, Supervisory, Coaching and team work.
