Marketing Communications Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Creating and implementing an in-store POSM media plan and strategy, ensuring the strategy aligns with
corporate branding and the target market.
• To plan and execute the POSM types, design, material, and placement to be appropriately located in the
stores, including comparing the quotation to the price of each job set.
• Ensuring uniformity of POSM displays across multiple store locations.
• Analyzing POSM effectiveness logically and making recommendations for improvement
• Liaising with other teams with clearly defined briefs, e.g., graphic design team, Promotion team, etc., and
• liaising with outsourcing companies regarding media production or related companies.
• Well understand of the overall non-trade procurement process
• Researching and sharing local retail trends and interesting POSM that will reflect the in-store media strategy
• Able to make reports about the work assigned and collect reports from the branch team to send reports to supervisors.
Qualifications:
• Expertise in time management, systematic work planning.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with documents.
• Be precise and take into account the accuracy of information in the work.
• Excellent understanding of retail marketing.
• Excellent aptitude for solving immediate problems.
• Flexibility to work and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work overtime and work under pressure
• Excellent use of Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and Gmail.
• Able to communicate well in English both spoken and written.
