Develop Category Strategy & Vision by analyzing and translating from category performance, category trends and shopper insight
Lead in updating category performance and developing category trends & shopper insights to translate into category recommendations for both offline and online
Perform pricing & promotion analysis to get key findings and work closely with Revenue Growth Manager to develop promotion guideline/guardrails for assigned category
Lead on Category project with Key retailers
Work on the key fundamentals by category i.e. range & assortment recommendations, planogram
Manage & Coach team (Category Manager/ Category Analyst) and embedded multi-functional ways of working with Marketing, Commercial, CMI, and Finance
You Have
Bachelor or Higher Degree in any fields
At least 8 years of experience in Trade Marketing/Category Management with a proven experience on retailers projects & strategies.
Sense of commercial judgement, cross functional mindset
