Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing communication plans for nationwide campaigns including advertising, media, public relations, digital marketing, social media, and content creation, to enhance brand visibility and drive local demand generation.
Ability to understand and analyze local consumers insights, local market trends, competitor and all relevant market intelligence.
Initiate local activation plan & execution
Collaborate with all departments to align nationwide marketing strategies and identify consumers needs.
Work with creative team and others to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages.
Evaluate the success of various communication strategies and provide and implement recommendations for improvement.
Create and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI and impact for the brand.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in marketing and communications roles within retail business or e-commerce
Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong eye for detail
Ability to work effectively within deadlines and short-time frames and ability to manage multiple, disparate projects through to completion.
Strong experience in nationwide projects/campaigns is an advantage.
