Cluster Campaign Management

Responsibilities:

• Initiate marketing campaigns and communication plans for the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) category to drive commercial and traffic growth
• Execute end-to-end process of category campaigns, brand campaigns, and side initiatives of FMCG category
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in MKT, BD, BI, to deliver the campaigns as planned
• Analyze and evaluate campaign performance including commercial, traffic, and cost effectiveness metrics to improve performance of campaigns and buyer stickiness
• Identify and explore new buyer-facing initiatives to continually drive business impacts

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of marketing, campaign management, and business development experience
• Detail-oriented, organized, and can independently manage own tasks
• Strong problem solving and logical thinking skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive and can-do attitude; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English
