Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the coffee market, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, and corporate clients.
Develop strategies to expand market reach, including identifying potential customers, partners, and new sales channels.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, using this information to inform business development strategies.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow the coffee business.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client outreach to negotiation and closing deals.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues that arise.
Track sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights into market trends and customer behavior.
Participate in tastings, demonstrations, and other promotional activities to engage potential customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the coffee or food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of the coffee market and supply chain.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
