Plan marketing communications, promotions, advertisements, and various sales and marketing strategies for presenting products and services to customers.
Coordinate with various departments related to the company's operations to promote suitable marketing through various media channels, whether through the company's own media or through Thai and international agencies, ensuring that the communicated information is accurate and consistent.
Assist and support the manager and director of sales strategy in decision-making and troubleshooting sales-related issues as they arise.
Manage one's own sales and oversee the sales team's performance to achieve the set targets.
Coordinate with both existing and new customers, handling sales activities and ensuring the successful signing of contracts to meet goals.
Assist and support the manager and director of sales strategy in managing and developing the sales team in accordance with company policies and achieving the highest goals.
Prepare brokerage contracts and send them to cooperating agencies.
Coordinate with the finance department and contracts department upon sales generation to prepare the necessary documents for condominium sales and related documentation, including preparing summary documents and processing brokerage fees for agencies that close sales under agreed terms.
Compile and summarize sales reports and other reports to be submitted to supervisors.
Oversee and manage documents and systems related to sales work.
Other tasks as assigned.

Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in real estate, marketing, foreign languages, or a related international field.
Have at least 1 year of experience in real estate or a related business.
English communication skills.
Chinese communication skills (would be advantage).
Eager to learn and understand the details of all projects and can accurately convey information to external parties.
