Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:

• Identify and evaluate new investment product opportunities
• Establish and maintain partnerships with financial institutions and product providers
• Oversee the development and launch of new investment products

Go-to-Market Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for new products
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning
• Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling product messaging and promotional materials

Sales Growth:

• Work closely with the investment advisor team to ramp up sales of new and existing products
• Provide product training and support to the investment advisor team

Partnership Management:

• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance Finnomena's product offerings
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Seek opportunities for cross-promotion and collaborative marketing initiatives

Market Intelligence:

• Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, product management, or related roles in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of investment products and wealth management
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful go-to-market strategies
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Fluency in Thai and English
