    Associate, People Services (People Partner Support)

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities

    Execute HR Transactions:

    • Efficiently manage core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee data management.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions, adhering to company policies and legal compliance.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.


    Provide Administrative Support:

    • Offer administrative support to the People Partner team, including report generation, and correspondence management.
    • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Assist in creating HR-related documentation and presentations.


    Facilitate HR Initiatives:

    • Collaborate with People Partners to support the successful implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of HR projects.
    • Contribute to data analysis and reporting to inform People Partner and HR strategies and decision-making.


    Manage HR Data:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data within HR systems.
    • Protect data confidentiality and integrity, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Generate reports and analyze data to support HR decision-making.
    • Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.


    Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • More than 2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
    • Experience with HRIS systems and data management tools.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher.
