Assist in the testing and implementation of systems upgrades or patches.
Collaborate with functional and technical staffs to coordinate application of upgrade or fix required.
Provide supports and resolve problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
Recommend changes to current processes to provide more effective use of the systems, and coordinate with the Managers to implement the changes (i.e. onboarding and exits, org charts, employment changes, performance management, recruitment, etc.).
Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll).
Maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
Create, generate, and maintain effective HC reporting, including turnover, headcount, recruiting, organization charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
Serve as the primary liaison for annual data testing and auditing for HC team and other compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
4-5 years of working experiences in HRIS or related field.
Knowledge and understanding in HRIS or HR SAP module.
Basic knowledge and understanding in Human Capital function, roles and responsibilities of each Human Capital pillar and how each pillar collaborates with each other.
Analytical Skills in order to work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching.
Communication Skills since HCIS is often called to present their findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
Critical Thinking since HCIS must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
Attention to Detail to ensure that data is precise i.e you are vigilant in the analysis to come to correct conclusions.
Math Skills to estimate numerical data.
