Job Description
- Communicate with business partners, relevant departments or any others as assigned to determine HRIS needs.
- Maintain and update business data requirements and transform to system document, dataflow.
- Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
- Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and compiling data analysis reports
- Ensuring the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics.
- Performing audits on HR processes and documents
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.
Qualification:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HRIS.
- Ability to collaborate, gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
- Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM is preferable.
- Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis.
- Good in interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command in English.
