You provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support employees who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems
You are responsible to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software
You involve in customer installation and training. Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature
Who you are:
You hold a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with 2+ years of work experience in Service Engineer of Health Care business is preferred
A proficient language skill in Thai and good command of spoken and written English
You are able to drive and travel in upcountry and be flexible to work out of normal working hours
You are independent, a team player, flexible and solution driven with agile mindset
