Responsibilities:
Design, create, and implement automated reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools, tailored to meet business needs.
Work closely with global stakeholders to gather business requirements and define functional specifications for reporting and business intelligence applications.
Develop clear and impactful visual reports using Power BI, ensuring the presentation of data is meaningful and actionable for business users.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data presented in reports and dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Design and map data models, transforming raw data into structured, insightful information for use in business decision-making processes.
Provide training and support to end-users on how to navigate and leverage the dashboards and reports effectively for their needs.
Identify opportunities for improvements in existing business intelligence systems and make tactical and technological adjustments as needed.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain the overall Power BI infrastructure to ensure smooth operation.
Connect, manipulate, and integrate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive business intelligence solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of strong experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Strong understanding of data modeling, database management, and ETL processes.
Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels globally.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and independent. Adept at prioritizing tasks and performing well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude towards change and inspiring others.
Willingness to travel as needed.
