• Oversee and manage team to ensure smoothness of day-to-day operations and back-end activities.
• Oversee the cash flow in and out of the organization, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Oversee and manage team to monitor exchange rate and forward contract.
• Coordinate with banks to manage banking facilities, loan agreements, and other financial instruments.
• Monitor the company’s debt levels and ensure compliance with financial covenants.
• Complete special or ad hoc projects that may be assigned by the management team.

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

1. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a public company.
3. Be experienced project management finance and investment.
4. Be experience in conducting in depth financial analysis and reporting.
5. Be experience in in coordinating and procuring funding sources with banks.
6. Good command of computer (Excel, PPT) skills and Good command of English skills.
