Implementation of account strategies to drive sales and meet growth objectives.
Ensure successful implementation of in-store compliance about NPD product launch, Product Availability & distribution, 2nd display, Theme or NPD maximization, promotion activities and so on.
Manage good relationship with customer to ensure that Beiersdorf is one of the preferred suppliers.
Accurately Forecast Sales for total year by item and monitor sales by weekly.
Collaborate with trade marketing team to ensure alignment with account-specific needs.
Planning, tracking, and monitoring the account financial budget, including promotional and merchandising expenditures.
Prepare reports on in-store execution, sales performance, and financial budget status, providing actionable insights for Monthly review.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree of any field
At least 2 years experiences in modern trade sales
Having experiences in FMCG business would be a plus
Self-motivation and high achiever.
Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Able to work under pressure
Computer literacy
Have driving license
Understand Thai market and able to speak Thai language
