Optimize number of Ads paying merchant and overall area revenue / merchant segment revenue
Identify any cause of change, finding solution and act the action plan to maximize no. of paying merchant and ad revenue per business strategy
Monitor and evaluate overall ad performance of each segmentation (Chain and Non-chain)
Develop insightful dashboards in order to monitor performance which is taken using tools like Power BI, Excel etc.
Collaborate with related team such as Business Development, Product, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Support to deliver business needed
Analyse data to find opportunities and provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive the market’s demand, volume and revenue growth
Identify opportunities from current operational process to optimize and enhance efficiency
Plan and execute standards operation process to support and align with business direction in order to launch new products and services
Develop and implement strategies for continuous quality improvement, process optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
