Responsible for the line manager or the person assigned by the line manager in planning and overseeing marketing plans to promote sales. This includes strategies for online and offline marketing, promotions, data management and analysis, evaluating and measuring customer responses in various dimensions, communication, and brand image creation to align with company policies and goals. Improve and develop work processes for efficiency and ensure the team's skills are suitable for the job. Manage the team to work efficiently and achieve set goals.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing team management.
4. Experienced in and capable of managing and planning digital marketing strategies, including the use of social media.
5. Creative thinking ability
6. Proficient in English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
7. Planning, managing, analyzing, and problem-solving skills
8. Ability to create a positive working environment within the organization
9. Strong understanding and capability to provide consultation in marketing-related matters
10. Proficient in communication and marketing skills
11. Demonstrates leadership qualities and has good interpersonal skills.
12. Enjoys a fun lifestyle, is fashionable, and has a love for children.
