Responsibilities：

• Daily recruit & development recruit channel about content creators(Artists) and agencies.
• Set up the training and services systems for artists.
• Responsible for conducting the recruitment of new agencies and new artists via all types of channels and platforms.
• Maintain the operation work and keep improving the previous workflow to generate better outcomes.
• Complete other tasks related to agencies or artists.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English communication. Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
• Excellent resource expansion ability.
• Having certain ideas and interests in the live-streaming industry, being good at communicating with artists and cross-department, have good communication and collaboration skills.
• Good Office (Powerpoint and Excel) skills, a background in customer service management, social media operation, or local sales fields.
