DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on all aspects of portfolio management, including sourcing, selection and monitoring of investment managers, performing investment research, conducting portfolio and performance analysis, and preparing materials and investment recommendations.
- Align investments with the medium to long-term objectives of the business.
- Review valuation process, ensuring that inputs and calculations are correct and that there is a robust control environment.
- Pitch growth investment and disposal opportunities to ARV Management, perform screening and due diligence, negotiation and structuring terms for direct equity, mezzanine debt and fund investment.
- Work closely with the management to drive growth, assess bolt-on acquisition opportunities and deliver a meaningful exit.
- Build and maintain a strong network with internal stakeholders and business executives to ensure that equity investments align with and drive value for the core business.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, finance, or equivalent field.
- At least 8 years of experience as an investment analyst or equivalent position.
- At least 3 years of experience with the following required skills: business/project valuation, portfolio management, investment deal flow generation, start-up pitching, due diligence, fund-raising / M&A execution.
- Familiarity with end-to-end investment processes, including post transaction management;
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
- Strong analytical ability, and problem solving skills;
- Sharp business acumen;
- Proficiency with quantitative theories, market instruments, and tools;
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities;
- Ability to work with and contribute to a small, dynamic team;
- High personal integrity and absolute discretion in handling confidential business information
- Ability to interact with business executives, and appropriately represent ARV in business social situations;
- High degree of leadership, responsibility, accountability, resourcefulness and decisiveness, , with ability to work under pressure of deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
