Community Management: Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries from users promptly and professionally. Address customer complaints or concerns effectively and in a timely manner.
Redemption Operation: Control stock & process to send redemption to customers.
Customer Support: Provide customer support by assisting users with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional records management or document control certification is a plus.
Previous experience in Line OA management, document management, and data entry.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms for monitoring and measuring performance.
