Account Manager, GrabAds Thailand

Position Details

The Day-to-day Activities

  • Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of accounts along with Client Partners
  • Be the point of contact for clients, and internal stakeholders (GrabFood, GrabMart, and Grab Marketing teams) to provide necessary assets and info to Campaign Managers for campaign implementation
  • Submit campaign booking to the campaign management team in order to launch campaigns within timeline.
  • Track key campaign metrics and ensure campaign objectives are met
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide recommendations to clients and secure campaigns renewal
  • Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Business Review report for key accounts
  • Work with the finance team to ensure we get all documents from clients for billing process


Qualifications

The must haves:

  • 2-3 years of account management experience in the digital advertising industry
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and new business development.
  • Knowledge about the digital media industry and latest digital advertising trends.
  • Understanding of the ecosystem of programmatic advertising / Biddable and Search.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with ability to transmit across different level stakeholders
  • Analytical with strong bias for data based decisions
  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Thai and English skills
