    Account Manager

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
    • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and IT requirements to identify opportunities for SIRIUS solutions.
    • Present and demonstrate SIRIUS products and services to clients, showcasing their value proposition and benefits.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose customized solutions addressing clients' needs.
    • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements with the sales team and management.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
    • Provide regular updates on account progress, sales forecasts, and market insights to the sales team and management.
    • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns, serving as a point of escalation for critical situations.
    • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the IT industry.
    • Experience as an Account Manager in the FSI Industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of IT solutions, products, and services, with a strong understanding of current technology trends.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English with attention to detail.
